Products are manufactured on the latest generation injection moulds with clamping force of up to 7000 kN produced by the world-famous Austrian company Engel GmbH and German company Arburg GmbH + Co KG.
A significant part of this process is carried out by industrial manipulating robots integrated with injection moulds.

The production site is equipped with its own research laboratory and carries out multi-level quality control of manufactured safety glass products in full compliance with European standard PN:EN 12150:1, as well as internal test procedures. The laboratory is equipped with modern hydraulic and control and instrumentation equipment, allowing to perform the following tests:
— static and dynamic pressure test; shock pressure test; pressure resistance test and other hydraulic tests;
— tests for tension, bending, color, size and nature of glass fragments; static load test;
— chemical resistance test; "clean" drying and soaking tests;
— tests for tightness and horizontal position of each shower enclosure component; water absorption and porosity of the glass fabric;
— wear test during operation for at least 50,000 opening/closing cycles;
— test for compliance with certain specifications.
